This 50-foot-long, 14-foot-wide houseboat offers all the comforts of a home on the water. With one penthouse stateroom, four double beds, and a full bathroom, you'll enjoy a balance of intimacy and convenience. Please note, while we strive to provide a comfortable stay, bed linens and towels are not provided. We encourage the guests to bring their own for their comfort and convenience.
The 50' Wet Bar Houseboat is equipped with two 13,500 BTU air conditioners featuring a heat strip and a 6,000 BTU cabin heater, ensuring your comfort in any season.
Stay refreshed and hydrated with a 60-gallon fresh water tank. And with a 55-gallon fuel tank and 140 Mercruiser stern drive with power steering, you are in complete control of your journey.
The boat also comes with a 7-1/2 KW Kohler generator and two 5-gallon propane tanks with a regulator, so you can keep the lights on and cook up your favorite meals even when you're miles away from the shore.
