Discover the freedom of the open water aboard the Escapade Houseboat. This 56-foot long, 15-foot wide floating getaway can comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests, with sleeping arrangements for 15.
The sleeping quarters consist of two staterooms, a penthouse loft, and a variety of bed options including two queen beds, one bunk bed with a single over double, a double dinette conversion table and a double pull-out couch bed. The penthouse loft boasts an additional two double beds, ensuring ample room for all guests.
The Escapade Houseboat is also equipped with one full and one-half bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all on board.
The kitchen is stocked with a 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator and service for 15, making meals and refreshments a breeze. Grill up a feast on the built-in barbecue on the upper deck, or enjoy the convenience of a fully-railed upper deck with bar stools and a tracking satellite dish for TV reception.
Stay cool under the bimini top for shade or take a dip via the swim step/ladder. Two lounge chairs offer relaxation while the rope lighting on the top deck sets a cozy ambiance.
The Escapade Houseboat comes with a gas fireplace and surround sound system, providing warmth and entertainment. It also features an electric inverter charging system and power outlets for both 110V and 12V.
A CA boaters safety card is required for all drivers on the rental.

Prices do not include fuel or any other deposits or fees. *Rental pricing is "dynamic" meaning these are starting rates. Rates may increase based on availability, and several other factors. Prices are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.
A 20% down payment is due at the time of booking, and a refundable security deposit of *$1,000 is due on arrival. The contract holder plus one additional driver must be at least 21 years old at the Jones Valley Marina.
*For 3 and 4 night trips taking place during the month of May, an additional CASH deposit (no credit cards or checks) of $3000 will be due upon arrival for your houseboat vacation.
