How do I get to the Lake?
Great River Houseboats is located on the Mississippi River with easy access to the Mississippi River and the St. Croix River. "One of America's Most Beautiful Scenic Areas" and Home to many historic towns and places of interest.

Directions: Our boats are docked at the River Heights Marina in Inver Grove Heights. To Find us take the Interstate 494 to Hwy 56, exit South onto Hwy 56, go approx 2 miles to 66th st. East to River Heights Marina.
When do I pick up the boat?
You may pick up your boat any time between 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Your boat is due back at the marina at 3:00 PM on the final day.
How many people are allowed on the boat?
12 people maximum are allowed on Captain's Choice and Grumpy Old Men. 4 people maximum are allowed on the Lil’ Hobo.
What will the temperatures be like on my trip?
The lake is warm from mid-summer through late fall and pleasantly cool in the shoulder seasons. Winter and early to mid-spring water temperatures are too cold for extended swimming without a wetsuit.
