Events at Lake Oroville

City of Gold Triathlon - An annual triathlon consisting of a ½ mile swim, 12-mile bike ride, and a 3.1 mile run. It takes place the 2nd Saturday in May, the course is known for its particular beauty.
Oroville Salmon Festival - An annual celebration of the journey the salmon make from the ocean back to their spawning grounds in Feather River. It takes place on the 4th Saturday in September.
