What is the billing schedule?

At the time of booking, you must pay a $500 deposit to confirm your reservation of the houseboat. The full balance of your rental must be paid 45 days prior to your arrival date. The deposit is held throughout your trip, and then refunded once you return the boat undamaged. If the full payment is not received 45 days prior, the trip will be considered cancelled and automatically forfeit the $500 deposit.

If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 45 days before your departure date. Your deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than 45 days of your rental period will lose the total deposit and rental fees.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so 45 days or more prior to your date of arrival. There will be a $50 facilitating fee charged.
