This rental represents a rare opportunity. Experience the tranquil Gulf waters of the Florida Keys from the unique perspective of your own floating home - docked at your own private tropical island. Known as Charlie's Island (or Quiet Cove Key), it serves as not only a sheltered place to secure your houseboat, but as a destination in itself. The island is beautiful, with shady trails crisscrossing its lush landscape. A BBQ grill and a picnic tables let you cook on-site while hammocks swing nearby. You can swim and snorkel in the shallows or drop a line for tropical fish. A runabout boat comes free and you can explore the island's coast extensively with it.

The houseboat itself can sleep 5 to 6 people and marina staff will show you how to operate equipment on board. The houseboat is equipped with plenty of bedding, as well as a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, silverware and appliances, among them a Norco refrigerator. The bathroom is large and includes a tub as well as a shower and toilet.

This rustic rental is ideal for people who are interested in a low-maintenance, camp-like adventure! Kick off your shoes and relax! But be warned - You may find jumping off the swim platform and snorkeling irresistible!
