Lake Koocanusa: Kooca Houseboat

The Kooca is a compact boat that still sleeps 10 as comfortably as they would sleep in a hotel. The addition of a second story with a roomy penthouse makes this easily possible. Add a stateroom downstairs and two fold out sofas (each which sleeps 2) and a fold out dinette (sleeps 2) and there's plenty of sleeping room for everyone.

Of course, sleeping room is only part of the story. A kitchen with a microwave and range allows you to prepare home meals on the lake and the barbecue lets you have hot steaks and hamburgers with a truly outdoor taste.

When you've eaten, when you've slept, and when leaping into the water becomes more attractive than watching it, the Kooca has a waterslide to make that leap especially entertaining. If you're in the mood for even warmer water than the 75 degrees of the summer lake, the Kooca also has a hot tub. And when you're ready to dry off, a suntan area makes that especially easy.
