Lake Shasta: Renaissance Houseboat
At A Glance
- 4 private staterooms, sleeps 10
- Departs from Jones Valley Resort
- Available year-round
As the "little sister," the Renaissance shares the same elegant appointments and floor plan of the Corinthian, without the penthouse. Designed for entertaining, the Renaissance is equipped with a 27-inch TV and satellite system that automatically tracks while you're under way. You can enjoy 120 stations including 34 music channels in Bose surround sound or enjoy your own music or movies on the 5 disc CD/DVD or VHS players.
Unique to the Renaissance and Corinthian models is the sunken gourmet galley with stainless steel appliances, including a double door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser, trash compactor, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A spacious wraparound counter provides a comfortable area for dining and socializing. A sliding glass door on the port side of the main salon creates ease of passage between houseboat and ski boat. The Renaissance has four private staterooms, each with private access to a bathroom. The master stateroom has a skylight ceiling with fan and TV/VCR.
The fan-tailed upper deck is where you'll find the 6-person hot tub, second galley with barbecue, mini-fridge and wet bar, waterslide and observation counter for dining or lake viewing. For comfortable outdoor cooking and relaxing, a fiberglass hard top with ceiling fans protects a generous portion of the top deck. The Renaissance comfortably sleeps 10, maximum 14.
Though Shasta Lake Resorts generally welcomes pets, pets and smoking are not allowed aboard the Renaissance.
