Lake Shuswap: Star I Houseboat

With a penthouse suite that houses two double beds and three private state rooms, the Star I Houseboat sleeps 14 in style. The entire houseboat uses its space to similar excellent effect. The kitchen has two refrigerators, both with 7.5 cubic feet of space, and a four-burner stove, as well as a microwave. A propane barbecue sits outside, ready to be fired up.

A TV/DVD and a CD/MP3 player let you have a home-like entertainment experience while being on the water. But you'll find the water too tempting to simply sail over it without experiencing it. For that, the Star I has a water slide, as well as a swim grid and swim ladder. Anglers will be happy to find a fish finger on board as well. A sun deck lets you experience the sun directly while you dry, and a bimini top gives you shade when you need it. Then, after a day of swimming, sunbathing or fishing (or all three), relax in the massive hot tub, or inside, by the fireplace.
