Then turn left on Confidence South Fork Rd. and continue just past Sugarpine Rd. On your right will be a gate and just through it you will begin your ride along the ditch road.
  • Cedar Ridge - 7 miles each way, Beginner to Moderate - the route is on a ditch road crossing Mt. Elizabeth Rd., but if you're looking for something a little longer or more difficult, stay on Mt. Elizabeth Rd. - to reach the trailhead, take Hwy 108 from Sonora to Twain Harte Dr., onto Joaquin Gully, and from there onto Mt. Elizabeth Rd.
  • Hammill Canyon - 11 mile loop trail, Beginner to Moderate - the trail goes through the canyon and around Herring Creek Reservoir - to reach the trailhead, take Hwy 108 from Sonora through Pinecrest to Herring Creek Rd. • Twain Harte to Columbia - A 35 mile ride with lots of elevation changes, Expert - the ride is along an unimproved county road - to reach the trailhead, take Hwy 108 from Sonora then turn left on Confidence South Fork Rd. and go across Sugar Pine Rd. to South Fork Rd.
