Experience the serene life on the water with the 60' Houseboat. With a length of 60 feet and a width of 16 feet, this floating home offers ample room for up to 12 guests, making it a perfect choice for large gatherings or family outings.

The 60' Houseboat features four comfortable staterooms and an additional penthouse, ensuring you and your guests have plenty of privacy. For your sleeping convenience, the houseboat comes equipped with two queen beds, two full beds, two pull-out beds, and a cuddy.

This houseboat provides the amenities of a standard home with two full bathrooms, a 60-gallon fresh water tank, a 55-gallon fuel tank, and a 125-gallon holding tank. To ensure your comfort in any weather, we have installed two 13,500 BTU air conditioners with a heat strip and a 6,000 BTU cabin heater.

For your cooking needs, we have two 5-gallon propane tanks with a regulator. The houseboat is powered by a 140 Mercruiser stern drive with power steering, a 7-1/2 KW Kohler generator, and two outboard engines, ensuring reliable and smooth sailing.

Please note, while we strive to provide a comfortable stay, bed linens and towels are not provided. We encourage the guests to bring their own for their comfort and convenience.
