Discover the allure of the open water aboard the 70' Titanium Houseboat. This magnificent floating home is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. With 4 private strooms, 4 queen beds, a full-size sofa sleeper and a queen air-mattress, everyone will sleep soundly after a day of adventure.
The 70' Titanium Houseboat isn't just a place to sleep. It's a place to live. With 2 full bathrooms, a 36" LCD flat screen smart TV and a surround sound system, you'll have all the comforts of home. The boat also comes fully equipped with a First Aid Kit, 3 portable fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide & smoke alarms for your safety.
For your convenience, we offer an optional anchoring service. If you prefer to anchor the vessel yourself, the boat comes equipped with 2 shovels, 4 Danforth Anchors, 4 Mooring Ropes, and an operations manual to guide you.
The 70' Titanium Houseboat is powered by 2 x 200hp Mercury Outboard engines. With a top speed of 5-8 mph, you can explore the water at your own pace. The boat also features Westerbeke generators, a lake water UV system and a 400 gal. waste tank.
The Dangling Rope Marina is closed indefinitely. Because of this and the lack of fuel mid-lake, the Antelope Point Marina is requesting you not travel more than 35 miles with your houseboat to make sure you have adequate fuel to get back at the end of your trip.
