Discover the open water with the 70' Gold Houseboat. A vessel designed for comfort and practicality, capable of hosting up to 12 guests in motion and offering sleeping accommodations for the same number. This home on the water comes equipped with 4 private stooms furnished with 4 queen beds, a full-size sofa sleeper, and an additional queen air mattress.
Navigate your surroundings with the help of a 45" LCD flat screen smart TV for leisure time, and a 2-way marine radio for your convenience. Feel at ease with the safety measures onboard, including carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, personal flotation devices, safety railings, and a first aid kit.
The 70' Gold Houseboat is powered by two 200hp Mercury Outboard engines delivering a cruising speed of 5-8 mph. Fuel capacity is generous with 332 gallons, including a toy tank. The houseboat is equipped with Westerbeke generators, providing a steady power supply for all your needs.
Comfort extends to the practical aspects of your journey too. With two full bathrooms, a UV system for lake water, and a waste tank for black and grey water, your stay will be as comfortable as possible. Anchoring is made easy with 2 shovels, 4 Danforth anchors, 4 mooring ropes, and an optional anchoring service for a fee.
The Dangling Rope Marina is closed indefinitely. Because of this and the lack of fuel mid-lake, the Antelope Point Marina is requesting you not travel more than 35 miles with your houseboat to make sure you have adequate fuel to get back at the end of your trip.
