Experience the delight of living on water with the 75' Platinum Houseboat. With a length of 75 feet and a width of 16 feet, this floating escape offers room for 12 guests while in motion and comfortable sleeping quarters for 12.
The 75' Platinum Houseboat boasts five staterooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a full pull-out bed and a queen air mattress. Equipped with two full bathrooms, this houseboat ensures your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.
For those who enjoy cooking, the houseboat is equipped with two refrigerators and a wine steward. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate the gas grill located on the top deck. Entertainment is also taken care of with a 45" LCD flat screen smart TV and a top deck stereo with MP3 capabilities.
Power is no concern as the boat is equipped with two 250hp Mercury outboards and 22-25kw Westerbeke generators. With a fuel capacity of 370 gallons (including a toy tank) and a waste tank of 530 gallons, you can sail and stay worry-free. The boat's lake water UV systems ensure clean, purified water. The boat's electrical needs are managed by Blue Sea electric panels and an 80 amp battery charger.
For an additional fee of $1,600, we offer an optional anchoring service.
The Dangling Rope Marina is closed indefinitely. Because of this and the lack of fuel mid-lake, the Antelope Point Marina is requesting you not travel more than 35 miles with your houseboat to make sure you have adequate fuel to get back at the end of your trip.
