Meet the 77' 6 Bedroom Sumerset Houseboat: a living testament to comfort, convenience, and practicality. With a length of 77 feet and a width of 18 feet, it's a house on the water that feels like home.
This houseboat can accommodate 12 people in motion and comfortably sleep 15. It features six staterooms, each outfitted with a queen bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a full sofa sleeper and a queen air mattress.
The Sumerset offers two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, ensuring every guest has ample privacy and convenience.
For those who enjoy cooking, the boat is equipped with two full-sized refrigerators. For entertainment, enjoy the 52" LCD flat screen smart TV.
Professional anchoring service is available at an extra charge of $1,600.
The boat is powered by two 250hp Mercury Outboard engines and Westerbeke generators. It has a total fuel capacity of 550 gallons, including a 186-gallon toy tank.
Safety is paramount. The houseboat is fitted with Lake Water UV systems, a 300-gallon black water waste tank, a 300-gallon grey water waste tank, a gas fume detector in the engine compartment, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, a GPS and compass, 12 adult vests, 2 ring buoys, and 3 portable fire extinguishers.
The Dangling Rope Marina is closed indefinitely. Because of this and the lack of fuel mid-lake, the Antelope Point Marina is requesting you not travel more than 35 miles with your houseboat to make sure you have adequate fuel to get back at the end of your trip.
