Welcome aboard the 75' Xtreme Houseboat - A floating paradise designed for the ultimate waterway experience on Lake Mead. This houseboat, stretching 75 feet in length and 18 feet in width, can accommodate up to 12 guests in motion, and offers a good night's sleep for all with 6 queen beds and an additional queen air mattress.
Six private staterooms offer you the comfort of home, while two full and one half bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone. Each stateroom comes with a flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite service. The main living area is fitted with a 45"" LCD flat screen TV with DVD and DirectTV Satellite Service, perfect for evenings in.
A fully equipped kitchen comes with two 25 cu ft electric refrigerators and a deck mounted 5 cu ft freezer, along with an ice maker. To keep you entertained, a satellite stereo with a Sony surround sound system fills the area with music.
The houseboat is equipped with a 20 amp battery charger and Blue Sea Electric Panels. For your safety, it is installed with an engine compartment gas fume detector, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, and an automatic engine compartment fire suppression system.
This houseboat carries two 22.5 Kw Safe-CO Westerbeke generators with gen-seps and stack exhausts. It runs at a speed of 8-10 mph, powered by twin 250 hp E-Tek outboard engines.

The 75-foot Xtreme houseboat has a 3 day minimum in spring and October - December and a 4 day minimum in the summer, August and September. Prices do not include tax, fuel or any additional deposits or fees.
