Brand new for the summer of 2025, we introduce you to a new concept of vacationing on Lake Cumberland...the Floathouzz! Built with comfort and privacy in mind, each Floathouzz has its own private dock, which can be used for enjoying the lake, sitting in the hot tub, or tying up a watercraft to the cleats.

While you remain dockside at the Lake Cumberland Marina, the entire front of the floathouzz faces the water. No parking lot views here! 

The Lake-it-Easy has 3 bedrooms and a loft, and can sleep 12 people. On the main level you have a main bedroom with a king size bed and main bath, and a  second full bath in the hall. 1 lower berth room with a window and 1 lower cuddy (crawl in - no window) each have 1 queen bed, and the loft has 4 queen beds! A well equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen tv and full size sleeper sofa adds to the space.
