The XT Alpha is no ordinary houseboat. It is built to accommodate 10 passengers in motion, and sleeps 6 comfortably. It features 2 private staterooms, each equipped with a queen bed, and an additional air mattress. All the comforts of home, including a full bathroom, are at your disposal.
This houseboat is more than just a place to sleep. It's an opportunity for you to connect with nature, and each other, in a unique way. It comes equipped with deck furniture, perfect for taking in the serene views or enjoying a meal under the stars. And, if you wish to bring your four-legged friend along for the adventure, dogs are permitted for a non-refundable fee.
Powering the XT Alpha are twin Evinrude E-tec outboard engines, propelling you at a steady speed of 8-10 mph. With a 250-gallon fuel tank, a 280-gallon fresh water tank, and a 310-gallon black water tank, this houseboat ensures that you are well-prepared for your journey.
The boat also features a 5-gallon propane tank, ideal for firing up the BBQ grill and cooking up a feast on the water.
