Experience the freedom of the open water with the 58' Golden State Houseboat. With a generous length of 58 feet and a 14-foot width, this houseboat comfortably sleeps 10 and has the capacity to host up to 12 guests.
Four private staterooms, each with a double bed, and an additional queen sofa sleeper provide ample sleeping accommodations. For your convenience, the boat is also equipped with 1.5 bathrooms.
The Golden State Houseboat is designed for comfort and practicality. It comes equipped with an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator, a 30" range, and a microwave. However, please note that coffee and filters are not provided.
Stay connected with the outside world as you cruise, with the included Wi-Fi. For relaxation, we provide DirecTV satellite with 2 receivers that feed 2 separate TVs - one in the living room and one in the back bedroom.
The houseboat also features an intercom between the upper and lower helm, a 2.5 ton Central Heat/Air system, and a 12.5 KW Generator with Inverter. The single Mercruiser I/O Powered engine and 200-gallon fuel tank make for a smooth and reliable journey, and the 20-gallon water heater ensures warm showers after a refreshing dip in the lake.
